PRIVACY POLICY and COOKIES
§1 General Provisions
- The data controller is ECO-PRIUS Heating and Air Conditioning Engineering, Mr. Eng. Rafal Gawlik, with headquarters in Płock, 09-410 ul. Bytnara 38, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 644-000-38-91, REGON: 272506906. Data protection is carried out under the requirements of applicable law, and data storage takes place on secured servers.
- For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy shall apply.
- For a better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with "You," and "Administrator" with "We." The term "GDPR" refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. To this end, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used, among other measures.
- Personal data provided in the landing page form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
§2. Data Controller
- The Service Provider is the data controller of its customers' data. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, email address, phone number, position, place of work, and IP address.
- The Service Provider is also the data controller of newsletter subscribers and webinar participants.
- Personal data is processed:
- by the provisions on personal data protection,
- following the implemented Privacy Policy,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and properly perform the services provided electronically,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
- to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if you have subscribed to the newsletter,
- to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if you have subscribed to the webinar
- Every person whose data we process (if we are their controller) has the right to access the data, rectify, erase, or restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to complain with a supervisory authority.

- The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User's data and other data to authorized entities based on relevant legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).
- Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
- The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law.
- We have implemented pseudonymization, and data encryption, and have introduced access control to minimize the consequences of any potential data breaches.
- Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
§3. Cookies
- The website www.ecoprius.pl and www.ecoprius.de use cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser software on the user's computer. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. Parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained therein. Cookies thus facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
- The information collected concerns the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, internet service provider, information about the time and date, location, and information sent to the website via the contact form.
- The collected data is used to monitor and verify how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the service, providing more efficient and trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analytics, which records user behaviour on the site.
- Cookies identify the user, allowing the website content they use to be tailored to their needs. By remembering their preferences, cookies enable appropriate adjustment of ads targeted to them. We use cookies to ensure the highest standard of comfort on our service, and the collected data is used only within the ECO-PRIUS Heating and Air Conditioning Engineering company to optimize operations.
